Information Grid is a project being developed by NECTEC. This website is created as the working space for the team members, as well as for presenting the project latest development. The tremendous benefit of sharing information across different organizations has inspired the development of supporting technologies. We propose a framework called the Information Grid that supports information sharing in an open and dynamic way. Information Grid defines a standard called MDL to specify the hierarchy and structure of information according to defferent areas and scopes, and consits of three components, namely, Marker Directory Service, Information Broker and Discovery Service.
